We model data to discover the profiles within the data that unambiguously define the nature of subsets and distinguish between the subsets based on empirically known properties - disease versus healthy (diagnostics).

The data we look at are generated by commonly used, well accepted and validated assays and methodologies used in the medical and scientific research communities.

We model genetic, proteomic, and metabolic data. The profiles distinguish people with diseases from healthy control populations. Each profile constitutes the biological signature of an individual disease within the data. These profiles provide non-invasive and cost-effective methods of diagnosing diseases.

Our technology is able to map quantum moleqular fragments to a desired property and transform them back to chemical fragments. A quantum molecular fragment might have multiple chemical fragment representations - this enable us to 1) identify chemically dissimilar leads by performing in-silico screens; and 2) optimise the leads simultaneously for multiple desired properties (incl ADME/Tox).
