"SMEs go Health" is an initiative of the EU Commission supported by a network of experts and NCPs in 30 countries. It is a continuation of the "SMEs go LifeSciences" initiative in the Health thematic priority of the EU Framework Programme 7.

A Brokerage Event was jointly organised by SMEs go Health and the Health-NCP-Net in Prague on 4th June 2009 with the aim bringing companies and research institutes from European countries together in one place

SMEs go Health held its 4th Information and Training Workshop in Istanbul, Turkey, on 27 April 2009. This training day was addressed to companies, Research Institutes, Universities, Hospitals and other fields of Health, Life Sciences, Genomics and Biotechnology.

SMEs go Health has published four First Aid Packages that guide you through the critical issues related to proposal preparation and project participation in the 7th Framework Programme.
