Baltic Dynamics is an annual international conference rotating between Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and focusing on innovation and competitiveness related topics. Last year, Baltic Dynamics 2007 took place in Riga, Latvia.

The Baltic Dynamics 2008 will be held in Tartu, Estonia, on 3-5 September, under the title Innovation - Key from Slowdown to Growth. Theme of this year’s event is related to the challenge which Baltic States, and many countries elsewhere face – how to address economic slowdowns and find new strategies for growth.
