The Fifth International Congress on FMF and Systemic Autoinflammatory Diseases is the follow-up of the previous meetings held in Jerusalem, Antalya, Montpellier and Bethesda and will review the current knowledge on the mechanisms of innate immunity and their relevance to the pathogenesis of autoinflammatory and other chronic diseases.

The congress will take place from 4th - 8th of April 2008 in Rome, Italy.

We thank all outstanding speakers that have accepted our invitation to the meeting as well as the European League against Rheumatism (EULAR) and the Paediatric Rheumatology European Society (PRES) that have kindly endorsed the congress.
