


The purpose of this publication is to outline the essential procedures for preparing FP7 proposals. It is intended primarily for research organisations and research-intensive enterprises that are planning to take advantage of the funding opportunities provided by FP7. This publication may be useful to both beginners and the more experienced who are looking for a strategic approach to creating successful project proposals.

This booklet published in 2007 provides a special focus on Candidate Countries (Croatia and Turkey) and New Member States (Bulgaria and Romania) and, aim to help to find Research, Technology and Development (RTD) partners for projects in the « Health » cooperative theme of the 7th Framework Programme (FP7).

The survey for this catalogue was made by all 26 SMEs go LifeSciences project partner countries (and one associated partner country). This brief orientation guide with relevant contact data and useful links shall serve as additional search tool for potential European partners for life science R&D projects.

This half-day workshop provided information on successful proposal preparation in the Health theme of FP7, a panel discussion with proposal evaluators, and the services offered by SMEs go Health to name but a few.
